
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup all-purpose or whole wheat flour
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp baking powder (optional)
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mash the banana.
- Add eggs, flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt. Mix until smooth.
- Pour batter onto a greased, heated pan.
- Cook for 1–2 minutes per side until golden.
- Serve with fruit, yogurt, or a drizzle of honey.
