How to Save Your Fruits, Your Time & Your Money

Series Introduction: Making the Most of Nature’s Goodness — One Fruit at a Time

Let’s be honest—life gets busy. Between work, family, and everything in between, we’ve all opened the fridge to find fruits that were once fresh… now past their prime.

That’s where the Preserve & Stretch series comes in.

This guide was created to help you:

  • ✅ Save money

  • ♻️ Reduce food waste

  • 💪 Boost your nutrition with ease

We’re starting with the fruits that tend to spoil the fastest—yet offer some of the most powerful health benefits.

Especially during summer, warm temperatures speed up ripening and spoilage—particularly for countertop staples like bananas and avocados. One day they’re perfect. The next, they’re overripe.

Some of the most perishable (and often expensive) fruits include:

  • 🍓 Strawberries

  • 🫐 Blueberries

  • 🍌 Bananas

  • 🥭 Mangoes

Yet these are nutritional powerhouses—packed with antioxidants, fiber, and essential vitamins. Even small servings deliver big health boosts with minimal calories.
